East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST), commonly known as "Huali" (华理), is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of China. The university has 17 professional schools, 74 undergraduate programs, 30 first-level master's degree programs, 16 master's professional degree programs, 13 first-level doctoral degree programs, 2 doctoral professional degree programs, and 14 postdoctoral research stations. Currently, the university has over 26,000 full-time students, including 16,789 undergraduates, 8,647 master's students, and 1,956 doctoral students.
