Entry: Able to read, write and count in Malay or English; citizen trainees aged 16–35; international trainees aged 18–35; fulfil NOSS pre-conditions, accredited centre requirements, and KPPK conditions.
Fees (indicative): Tuition RM 10,000; Resources Fee RM 0; Admission Fee RM 0; Application Fee RM 500; total RM 10,500 before PTPK loan.

- Fulfil the other additional conditions set by Accredited Centre and Licensing bodies (if any)
- Fulfil the conditions set by the KPPK and from time to time
