- With Language Pathway: Students who achieve IELTS 5.5 overall, or UEC English B3 or equivalent will be required to attend an additional English language module (English for Engineers and Scientists) both in semester 1 and 2
- Non-Language Pathway: IELTS 6.5 overall, minimum 6.0 in all components / SPM CEFR Level B2 or above / Grade C in GCSE English / Grade A in IGCSE English as a Second Language / B3 in UEC English or equivalent
