Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Honours) — Taylor's University, School of Architecture, Building and Design. 3.5 years (42 months) full-time, face-to-face, English medium. Recognised pathway toward becoming a Registered Quantity Surveyor; students become members of BQSM, with links to RICS and PAQS accreditation. Entry (as per university requirements): Prerequisites — SPM/O-Level: Foundation route needs 5 credits including Mathematics; Pre-U/Diploma route needs 3 credits including Mathematics (higher-level Mathematics pass may substitute SPM Maths credit). STPM — Min. CGPA 2.00 in 3 subjects. UEC — Pass with min. 5Bs including Mathematics or Advanced Mathematics (or Adv. Maths 1/2); without Grade B in those maths subjects, admission may be considered with a credit in Mathematics at SPM/equivalent. A-Level — Min. DDD. ATAR (AUSMAT/SACEi) — Min. 65. Pre-U / Foundation / Diploma — e.g. Taylor's FNBE or related foundation CGPA 2.50 with numeracy; CPU average 65% in 6 subjects; IBDP 24 points; MUFY 60%; Taylor's Diploma CGPA 2.67; other recognised foundations/diplomas as per university — contact us for your pathway.
