Bachelor of Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) | UM-SATU (University Malaya) is a 3.5-year, full-time, on-campus bachelor's programme delivered in English at Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur — designed to develop computing graduates specialising in artificial intelligence with strong foundations in programming, data structures, machine learning, deep learning and intelligent systems.
The curriculum spans computing mathematics, fundamentals of programming, computer systems and architecture, data structures, databases, algorithms, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, knowledge representation, autonomous robots, virtual reality, academic projects, industrial training and AI specialisation electives — supported by data science, software engineering and project management courses.
Graduates are equipped for careers as Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Research Scientist, Deep Learning Engineer, Computer Vision Engineer, Natural Language Processing Engineer, Software Developer, Robotics Engineer and Business Intelligence Analyst — or to pursue postgraduate study at University Malaya.
